This place is an absolute joke and Burger King Corporate should really step in. The service is always very slow(20 minutes for a Whopper meal with only 3 people in line). Workers spend more time talking to each other than they do on their jobs. If you happen to be in line waiting to order, they don’t acknowledge you(even after waiting 10+ minutes). Best of all, if you want to complain to a manager about the long wait — the lady who is part of the«management team» will turn her back to you and ignore you! Go elsewhere!

Stay away. Unfriendly, slow, and mistake ridden. 20 mins to get through drive through. Ordered 2 kid meals and a soda for me. Took 15 min to get to window, paid for order then sat 5 – 6 min waiting for the food. They gave me happy meals. I had to ask where my drink was. They forgot what I ordered but finally got my soda. I drove off and got to my parents house only to find out I never got the kids juice boxes. Worst service ever!!! I’ll never go there again.

We do eat here from time to time because it’s close to our home. I’ve never had a problem with the food. It’s the service. Usually we go to pick up breakfast there. One time last year I ran in about twenty minutes before they stopped serving breakfast and ordered(you guessed it!) breakfast. The«cook» had apparently already broken down breakfast and prepped for lunch. He proceeds to make my food but loudly griped about how stupid I am for not eating breakfast according to his schedule and used an amazing number of expletives while doing it. That was one of the worst but this particular type of thing has happened to me many times at this particular restaurant. This morning for instance I ran down for breakfast as usual but this time I was not the object of derision. As I was waiting for my order THEMANAGER griped to the kitchen staff about the stupidity of the man ordering at the drivethru– in detail. Every word of their conversation was audible to the whole restaurant. If it was just the one cook I might not have noticed it much– after all it must be crummy working at a place like this for crappy wages… But hey! Look at each other and roll your eyes! I have heard at least five or six employees act in this manner so it must be part of the culture of the store. AND if this is some kind of sheltered work program for people with Tourette’s Syndrome I apologize now. Perhaps I missed the sign.
