Chose Verizon for my home internet and home router via the phone. When I went in to pick up my router I was told there was an activation fee of $ 40, which I was not informed of over the phone. When I told the rep at the store I had been shopping around for the best deal and that I’d like the $ 40 waived, he said he would go ask the manager. Brent, the store manager chose not to waive my fee. I was still going to proceed with keeping Verizon even though I was very frustrated and clearly disappointed in the service. Brent looked at me several different times, knew I was not a happy customer and chose not to do anything about it. Instead, he just chose to roam the store and not make any effort to help my experience any better. So, after seeing the 2 year contract I had to sign for my router, or pay $ 200, I walked out of the store a very unhappy customer. You get my business Net Zero!

This is the best Verizon store I have ever visited! I was greeted right away by a friendly employee, the store was clean, and all the customers looked happy! Ask for Heather because she is AWESOME! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t want. She clearly explained my options and was super helpful. I’m doing all my business through this store! Thank you for making this a great experience!

Returned my IPhone 6 Plus two days after I signed up because it was too big for me and went with the smaller 6. I received outstanding service with the return even with redoing the paperwork etc.

Was in Spokane over the weekend, and my Samsung Galaxy S III, screen went out. Saturday morning we went into the store, Jon, helped me out. Luckily it is still under warranty. Jon answered so many of my questions, and then ordered me another phone. Today Monday around 11:00 am my new phone was delivered! Excellent service! Thanks again to Jon for all his wonderful help!
