V.N.S Auto Transport

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. DISHONEST. DO NOT USE.
They caused $ 1,500 of damage to my car. Even though I have a repair estimate from an authorized and insurance company recognized Nissan body shop, and a police report, they are refusing to honor it and asking for 3 quotes.
Because they have a high deductible (to keep their insurance premiums low), their insurance company is not paying either.
VLAD is the company owner and just passes the buck and gives you the run around. Do not trust him when he says «he has to talk with his boss» … he is the boss.
DO NOT USE!

Horrible service and sexist drivers. They picked up my car a day late and delivered it A WEEK LATE causing me to incur multiple taxi charges. Then they dispute the payment method and demand over $ 700 in cash or money order delivered on a Sunday (when banks are closed) otherwise the driver was going to «leave my car abandoned in a storage area», without the key, for me to have to deal with. The driver made sexist comments to me on the phone, he kept saying he’d be in the area within a day three separate times, and then also shows up an additional 40 minutes late on the day he actually shows up with the car. Then when I contact the company, I leave a message and the booking company leaves a message, but I get no response other than the driver telling me «my reputation is too good» and «good luck». Completely unprofessional and I have screenshots to support every word I’ve stated here.

The customer service representative: Michael is horrible– he gives phone numbers that do not work. He is rude and does not know how to talk to people.
I have my car shipped they do not provide any information about where it is and when it is going to come its already 10 days from the time they picked up. Still not information whatsoever.
Horrible service do not choose them.

VNS Auto Transport was assigned to me through a car transport broker to ship my car on an open carrier from Boston, MA to Seattle, WA. They were prompt and professional with all communications and both the driver and the VNS dispatch office were available at any time of the day or night to answer my questions or update me on my car’s location. The driver updated me 24 hours in advance of the pickup and again the morning of to reconfirm the time of pickup. He arrived exactly on time and was polite and efficient about loading my car on the trailer. As my transport would span a holiday weekend I assumed the delivery would be later than predicted, but the car was delivered exactly on time and in great condition. The driver was great about communicating with the pick up contacts and there was no hassle whatsoever.
I was disappointed in the broker who assigned VNS to me, but in the end I’m glad I stuck with them as working with VNS was a wonderful experience. I would definitely try to contract with them directly for my future shipping needs.

Can I give zero stars? Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Zero communication on car delivery. After multiple unreturned phone calls, the car showed up with no advance notice. I truly thought the car was gone for good. Do yourself a favor — pass on these jokers.

Ryan and his co-​pilot handled the transport of my new car with great care. They delivered it intact without a scratch in a nick of time, much faster that I would have driving it from OR to SoFL. And their fee was very reasonable compared to others found on eBay.
I was very satisfied with the professionalism from these two guys and their truck. This is a trustworthy outfit that gets your product from A to B in one piece.

Got set up with VNS through the broker Auto Shipping Group to transport my car from Virginia to Oregon. They gave me perfect notice ahead of time to let me know they were showing up to pick up the car. Showed up on time and safely loaded the car on to their truck. In Oregon, they called ahead of time and showed up on schedule to unload the car. No signs of damage or of use on the road — I have shipped with other companies in the past and this was my best experience. Very professional and obviously know what they are doing. Would recommend them for a cross-​country transport.
