Can’t get enough of this food. Bought the combination plate and took it to work. Everyone tried some and now he has a whole office and shop full of new customers. Even my boss loves it and she is a very picky eater. Doc, the owner, is warm and friendly. He remembers his customers from year to year and always has a kind word. Great food and great people. Can’t beat that! Wish I had a picture to post, but I’m a 69 year old who thinks like 30, with red hair and glasses. Use your imagination from there.

I had never had Jamaican food before, and I was surprised to find some so good in Spokane! I had the curry chicken with rice and it was extremely tasty. Can’t wait to have it again.

«The Doctor is IN» … This is delightfully flavorful food that even the most delicate tummies can handle. Jamaican Jerk chicken has a mildly spicy flavor that works in harmony with the black-eyed peas and rice and the citrus dressing cabbage salad. To top everything off, he serves delicious deep-fried bread sticks called«Festivals.» The Jamaican flavor is a tasty depart from the every day norm of often bland American selections, but the best part of patronizing this«food truck» is not just for the gastric sustenance… he also serves«food for the soul.»

I was not expecting this at all. I am here visiting for the day and wanted to try something different and boy am I glad I did. I got the #5 which came with a quarter jerk chicken, curry chicken, beans and rice and cabbage salad. The cabbage salad had a wonderful citrus dressing that was so unexpected. I’m gonna try to recreate it at home. The chicken was so moist and flavorful. Everything was so good that this will definitely be the place I frequent when I come back next time.

This is another one of Spokane’s great local food trucks! I follow them on Facebook and they always post on there when they have special items or if their location is changing for an event and where they will be. Simple easy menu, but fantastic flavors and portion sizes! The curry chicken and the jerk chicken are both spicy and delicous. Everything is well seasoned. The chicken is moist with just the right amount of jerk sauce and or curry sauce. If you haven’t tried either or are unsure of what to get, go with the #5 combo plate. Gives you a great sampling of both and comes with sides. Parking is a little awkward because of its location, behind a coffee and ice cream place, but its worth trying to figure it out. Also its in the Browns Ad. area so the people in this area can be a little iffy, but I have never felt uncomfortable going by myself. Worth every little bit of crazyness that surrounds this food truck. If your looking for good, delicious, fill you up food then this is the truck to stop at!

Today I attended a food truck palooza and tried several truck samples. This was by far my favorite truck. Tasty food and they were very efficient. I waited just a few moments. Other truck lines were long and just didn’t match the excellent taste this truck had. Def check it out!

Have been missing Jamaican food since leaving Florida. Was so excited to find this truck. Wish they did oxtail or patties but the chicken is really good and for the price you get a lot of it.

This cart was amazing, probably some of the best food i have every had! I don’t like my food too spicy so this amount of spice was perfect for me! Friendly service, great food, and good price, doesn’t get much better than that!

Wonderful authentic Jamaican food! My boyfriend is from Jamaica and he loves the food as well. Selection is limited, but that makes it easier to choose! Everything is soo good and you can get a plate that has both curry chicken and jerk chicken with the beans and rice and salad. Everything is fresh and healthy!

Let me start off by where I was impressed most. An e-mailed receipt? Thank you Jamaican Jerk Pan! Next, let’s talk curry. Oh my heavens, the flavor was so rich and full of life, I would go back again just for a whiff of the curry. Next, let’s talk about the chicken itself. Moist, flavored, and good until the very last drop. The only complaint I have is the itty bitty side cole slaw of a salad that I could do without. Not much flavor and not sure if it’s supposed to be sweet and sour or both or neither. It didn’t impress me at all. Give me more curry instead please. Yes — large portions and jerk sauce is yum yum YUM!!!

I had been hoping to try this out and was in luck when we found out they were going to be a greenbluff the same day we were heading there. My wife and I tried the jerk chicken and it was wonderful. The portions were very large and very reasonable at $ 8.00 for a combo with black beans & rice plus slaw. The chicken was moist and the jerk sauce was awesome with just the right amount of kick. The slaw was excellent to with the a citrus\orange kick that provided the perfect refreshing compliment to the chicken. We will definitely be going back for more.

I stumbled on The Jamaican Jerk Pan(coincidentally) a few days after lamenting the lack of any Caribbean food in Spokane. What a happy accident! I’m pleased to report that the main dishes deliver big, balanced flavor. The folks that own this food truck take immense pride in their product. They are uncompromising and make a point to use authentic Jamaican ingredients in order to maintain the food’s authenticity. The menu is limited; however, the owner has indicated that he intends to expand it in the future(e.g., goat!). I’m not going to critique each dish(Calvin L. has already hit that target), suffice it to say I have yet to walk away disappointed. If this type of cuisine appeals to you, well… GO! I’m giving them 5 stars because as far as food trucks in Spokane go, this is ‘as good as it gets’. Spokane, please support these good folks and get yourself a good meal in the process.

I drive past this mobile dinery daily on the way home. So I finally stopped in for lunch today and was delightfully impressed with his Jerk Chicken! He has only two choices of entrée, the jerk chicken and curry chicken. I went with the jerk right away as I have always enjoyed Jamaican jerk. You can choose chicken breast, but I chose the full leg. It was grilled to perfection, not overcooked, so the chicken flavor itself held up to the flavorful jerk. Tender moist chicken, but not overly falling apart. I had the combo with his delicious rice and unique cabbage salad that he had been cooked down with coconut milk. Winner!!! He allowed me a small sample of the curry chicken and I really liked that. Very flavorful curry, not spicy and had been infused with the vegetables and delicious chicken breast pieces. Next time I stop in, I go for the curry! He plays his reggae music nice n loud so you can get a little rhythm as you dine off the trunk of your car. Tailgating never got so good! It’s a little difficult to find if you’re not familiar with Brownes Addition. Just go West on 2nd Ave and as you curve past Rosauers, it’s one block past on your right.
