The House Inspectors

We were new to the Spokane area housing market, and we were given a list of potential inspectors through our banking representative. We phoned several, but chose Erich of «The House Inspectors, Inc.» because of his sincere ability to communicate to us essential information that we were not able to be there in person to discern. It was our extreme good fortune to encounter someone so thorough and trustworthy. We were in the middle of a very stressful move, the economy was tanking, and we desperately needed someone with a significant amount of inspection experience and an expert understanding of residential construction and mechanics to help us. He is the «A Team!» He understood what our concerns were and meticulously reported his findings. He also manages to teach you about the process as he goes along. BRILLIANT! Erich has saved us a significant amount of money and heart ache. He has inspected four homes for us to date, and we count on his professional acumen in making such consequential decisions.
