A month to make an appointment and then the business day before the appointment the business tells me even though my insurance carrier is listed it really isn’t part of their network. Darn — would have been nice to have glasses for a month and then now until I get a different appointment with Rockwood — (they’ll see me in 4 days — not a month). Grumpy staff too — not very customer service oriented. I moved here from Seattle — I’m used to better quality customer service. Would not recommend Dr. Kellog.

I recently had an eye appointment with Dr. Kellogg. I have had glasses/​contact for the past 30+ years and I’ve had many optometrists over the years. I very much enjoyed the office, staff and the care from Dr. Kellogg. Everyone was professional, friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr. Kellogg just minutes after I got there. He was very complete in his exam and I could tell that he loves his job and working with people. Based on my experiences, I think he would be great with kids and the elderly too. The downtown location is perfect for me and I would recommend street parking instead of parking in the lot and paying 5 dollars to Diamond parking.

I needed to get my eyes examined a couple of years ago, and was considering Spokane Eye Clinic, but had heard horror stories about wait times there. Plus I knew they were a very big business. Since I live downtown I thought I would give this business a try and have stayed with them ever since. I really Like Dr. Kellogg. One of the nicest Eye Doctors you’ll ever meet. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen by anyone. Good selection of frames too
