I’ve had my vacuum repaired here and it came back in great running condition. Poor thing needed lots of work done but the shop didn’t charge me more than the original quote… even kept it under by about $ 20. If I need to service my Oreck again I’ll definitely be bringing it here.
As an additional perk, they also sell all the bags I could need and someday if I really want to shell out $ 500 they also stock the latest models of a number of vacuum cleaners.

I called Rob a few days ago telling him I had a stuck cord in my vacuum, and I didn’t want to risk pulling hard on it and causing further damage, so he gave me a couple of estimates over the phone as to what to expect. In one case, the cost may be about $ 20, and in the other case it may run about $ 60.
I took my vacuum over this morning fully expecting to at least pay $ 20. Rob was able to correct the problem, in this case a cord that wouldn’t pull out all the way for NOTHING! How is that for service? Pretty awesome I would say ! I have purchased filters here before and they are cheaper than other stores.
I know where all my vacuum cleaner business is going! Thanks Rob.
