Overpriced scam artists, they go to the dealership and pretend to be the owner of the car to get keys cut and come back to the customers car the next day and charge double. I used to work for them.

This was the absolute worse experience ever not to mention they stole my money. I had a man name Owen come out because I lost my Toyota car key. When I called and asked how much it would cost me they told me $ 190 when he got to my car he told me 280 because my car was locked then when I called the guy who originally quoted me the price he said it was included. he came to my car for two days tryed all types of keys and told me that I must have changed my locks at some point and time because the key off the Vin wasn’t working which couldn’t been possible also told me that his saw that he was using wasn’t good quality. I ask for the owner or manager to call me several times and still haven’t talk to anyone and it’s been a week. Then he told me that he would have his boss make the key and send them two me after I payed the 180 I told him what if the key didn’t work he told me I wouldn’t have to pay anything for a non working key. I wasn’t comfortable with doing that because the guy was shady I’m glad I didn’t after two days of trying and no car I told him I wanted my door cylinder so I could tow it to Toyota because he didn’t no what he was doing he left and came back and told me I had to pay him 80 for 2 keys that didn’t even work on my car and he broke my gear shift cover… when I went to Toyota they did the same thing he said he was doing Copying the key off the Vin and it worked fine and took 30 mins. What a rip off don’t ever call them it’s a waste of time and money.

Horrible horrible customer service. Quoted me a different price. When guy showed up and wanted me to sign for a different price, I said that’s not what I was told, he said well did you look online I said no I just told you I called him and he told me a different price. The guy called him and explained. I turned down the job because he was very unprofessional. I said thanks but no thanks, as he was walking off he says«thanks for wasting my time!!» Well maybe your company should have better communication when you’re sending someone out for a job. And also, take a few customer service class or anything that deals with customer.

Made an appointment for a specific time in the morning. Company didn’t show up. Called them 15 minutes after the appointment and was greeted by a dispatcher who would«have a locksmith call»…few minutes later a locksmith calls to tell me he’s on-call and received another call and therefore does not have to honor my appointment. Locksmith calls back 45 minutes later to see if I’m available now that he has graciously made himself available to perform service. Canceled appointment. No respect for customer schedule or honoring appointments. Cheap pricing for a reason.
