I know the floor associates are busy, but pretending I’m not there when clearly I’m looking for something is not a great impression. I’m very disappointed that they do not staff their customer service desk. Instead of having someone there to answer questions or deal with any problems like that they send everybody the registers. I needed information on an item. That is what customer service is supposed to be for. I’m not willing to wait in line behind three other people to ask a 30 second question while a line stacks up behind me. If you are looking for customer service, this is not it.
