Searay Boats

We were on vacation this summer staying in Idaho when our boat broke down right in the middle of our two week stay. We were scrambling to figure out what to do. We had an extremely hard time getting anyone in the immediate Coeur d’Alene area to even assess the problem.
So I googled the closest Sea Ray Dealer and I am so glad I did. They told me to bring it right down & they would look at it the same day & let me know what the trouble was. Well it was not good news. The out drive had catastrophic damage & would need replacement & of course the part was over in Seattle. It would take a few days to get it here. And a few days we did not have to spare. So we told them we might just have to wait because by the time the part was received & then repaired we would be at the end of the trip.
So we got a call back from the manager stating that he pulled the part off a new boat so we could get back on the water & they would replace it when the other one arrived. Their team went above & beyond and we greatly appreciated their efforts. I would highly recommend this establishment.
