I started seeing Carole years ago using a Groupon and I have never gone anywhere since. She is calm and laid back, works quickly and makes me feel comfortable throughout the process. She is the only person to go to for waxing! I had a wonderful massage there as well. Great location with plenty of meter parking out front. Clean and professional salon.

Just saw Carol this morning for a Brazilian, brow, upper lip and half leg wax. Loved Carol. This is her business and she’s done a fantastic job. She knows so much about what she does and was really fun to talk to in general which definitely helps with feeling comfortable. I was stoked to find out she offers «clean up» waxes at 4 – 6 weeks.
She’s located in a really cool condo in downtown Spokane that has the old building charm of original wood floors and structural beams. She’s decorated really cute and made a super cozy place to come spa out.
I will definitely be back to see Carol and will check out the other services next time too (mani and pedi).
Side note: parking was so easy, there are plenty of open spaces literally right in front if her door. (Metered parking on the street). Don’t let being downtown deter you in regards to parking!
Highly recommend! No complaints at all!

In preparation for my wedding I decided to get waxed and as a first timer I was terrified. I had heard nothing but horror stories of waxing and how much it hurts. Not to mention, I’m a bigger girl and getting naked in front of a stranger who is going to be that up close and personal with my nether region was not high on my bucket list. I’ve got to say Carole made me feel super comfortable and confident. Her experience in waxing put me completely at ease. And my friends were wrong, it wasn’t that painful. Maybe a couple notches above your eyebrows or about the same as slapping a sunburn but the pain lasted maybe 10 seconds. Carole is fantastic at waxing and even better in customer service. I will refer everybody I know to her, especially first-​timers.

I decided to try a new place to get my eyebrows waxed because the place I was getting them done was just too expensive. I was pleasantly surprised that the salon looked very professional and Carole herself did a great job. I plan to make this my regular salon for brows.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great place for waxing services.
