Perfect Ten Nails Wax and Tan

Yen is amazing. She does a perfect job on Gels and gives a great Pedi too! The shop is very friendly and comfortable.

I used to go here twice a month, and I absolutely loved it there. After going to too many different nail salons, I was so excited to find one I loved.
Unfortunately, it is now owned by new people. I went in anyway and got a new set of acrylics, hoping they would be as good as the previous owners, and I was horribly let down.
The new owner drilled my real nail several times while drilling down the acrylic, and it hurt very badly. After she got them all finished and I got home I realized how many air bubbles there were in them. It make them all look spotted and dirty. And then three days after having them on they started peeling up so I went in and asked her to fix them. She drilled into multiple nails so much that two of them started bleeding and now I can’t even paint them because the cuts are so deep.
When she did it it hurt so bad I teared up. I am so upset at the at the service there.
The «100% guarantee» they have on the door is not true at all. She did not care that she hurt me. Even my husband got upset when we left because they didn’t do anything to make it better, they completely wrecked my nails, and they didn’t even care about it.
Please don’t go to this salon. I don’t want anyone else to get hurt like I did.
