So the Papa Murphys on Francis… The young man at the counter taking the order 2÷7÷16 couldn’t get it right. The cost of the pizza I ordered was 17.63. Every time I have been in there before I have never paid that amount for that pizza I have ordered. It has never been over 13.00 for the Pizza. When I asked she gave me some bull excuse that maybe I got it on a special etc. which is far from True. She wanted to make up the difference with a pop or cheesy bread etc. She said there was only 1.00 difference because of the tomatoes… Seriously! Seems like they really don’t know how or what to charge unless you order straight from there menu. The guy that took my order kept wanting to order off their menu and I kept telling him I didn’t want all that on the Pizza I wanted. Hmmmm you think they did that because today was Superbowl? Will I visit Papa Murphys again… not! Its the incompetent people you have working in there that irritates people. The quality of the pizzas are great and taste good but I can’t stand having people flim flam and not know that I go there often so I know how much I get charged for that same pizza. I order the same one all the time. Why do you hire kids… they don’t care and this young gal that gave me that stupid excuse is starting out early in lies and deceiving customers to cover up for the incompetent people there. The young man at the counter taking the order kept arguing with me when I kept telling him that is not what I asked for… he won’t be working anyplace if he keeps that attitude up. Papa Murphys is not a place to go or do business with because of what they have working there. I suggest everyone use Dominos, Pizza Pipeline or even Costco.

Kids are always working here and the staff seems to change all the time. Sloppy pizzas made super fast with no care… At least the plastic wrap could be tight! I wouldn’t go back again.

We called in our order on 10/13/2014 at 7:30pm. Said we wanted a large Chicago pizza, 2 cheesy bread, and 2 garden salads. The guy said no problem. And I asked how much, and was told $ 35 before tax. Great we will be down in 20 minutes. We arrived at this location to pick up our pizza, we were asked if we called in and we said yes. Gave the kid the name and he grabbed the pizza. Then he said we are out of bread sticks. Well that’s why we called in. He says well sorry. Now I know the company policy is to make what you want. But arguing with a punk kid is not how I like to spend my time. Paid for the pizza and salads and went on our way sort of. After a Google search we found another store that was only 2 miles out of the way. Ash & Rowan. To get our bread sticks. I am glad we did because the pizza from the NWBLVD store tasted old. Like it had been sitting out for quite some time. So the bread sticks and salad was dinner. What a waste. I will never go back to the NWBLVD store. It is worth my time to drive to the ASH&ROWAN store it would be worth yours as well

Stopped here on the evening right before the Seattle Seahawk season opener. I expected a crowd, yes, it was packed. We were greeted as we entered this packed Papa Murphy’s, our order was taken correctly. Best of all, they were lightning fast! Yes, you expect them to get something as simple as a pizza assembled correctly; however, given the crowds and the excitement over the pending game you expect possible errors. Great job Papa Murphy’s!

Nice clean and well-staffed location. The gal took our order and was successful in upselling our dinner order with a $ 1 dessert pizza that we originally hadn’t wanted and in no way needed. Nice work, young lady. We asked for some adjustments to our order, which were carried out. Thank you, ladies! We love this location.
