Office Depot

I have only stopped here a few times as this location is not really convenient for me. Prices seem a bit high here, but each time I was in a hurry so I guess I paid for convenience.
Store seems to be kept up ok. But again, I was in a hurry each time I came in here so I kind of had tunnel vision. Staff has been helpful each time I came in here, but not particularly friendly or engaging.
Selection is about average unless you are looking for something unique, then the selection is rather poor.
I would say use these guys in a pinch if you are close. Otherwise, you could probably do just as well for price, service, and overall value at another office store.

I had a horrible experience this morning at this store. I went in to quickly pick up some business items and had my cute little Corgi in the car. I asked the front clerk where my item was located and was told the totally wrong area. Found another clerk, he took me to the item. I went up front thinking I was almost done. While there was one clerk checking out a customer, FOUR other clerks (id’d by their jackets) were standing around a cart looking inside at a dog whose owner was also there. I approached them and asked if someone could help me … one of them said there’s a clerk right there and pointed to the one clerk. I said I really didn’t want to wait and she continued to say «that clerk will help you.» I asked again why none of the 4 clerks standing there could help me and she said … «they’re not authorized.»
At that point I asked her to call a manager which she finally did. Meanwhile the four clerks were talking and one of them came and proceeded to tell me she was open. Then during the entire process she was smirking like this was all too much –
When someone whose badge said assistant mgr. came on the scene– she was also sarcastic and talking down to me.
Finally a male manager came up to talk to me and again told him what had happened. It was only then that I felt anyone was even listening to a anything I was saying and giving the impression that I was being taken with any semblance that customer service matters to anyone in the store.
I detest bad customer service and they made it worse by lying tome and then all four of them acting like I was the one in the wrong. Won’t ever shop there again!!!
