I really love this store and the staff, especially my girl Ande! They are always really friendly and helpful, I don’t find questions about my personal style and exercise rude or nagging. like other customers apparently do. I love the sports bras and the work out tops. Worth the money, they last forever.

There are few times in life when you get service from a place and you are inspired to the point that you feel you need to write a review about it. Today, i visited lululemon athletica, as my boyfriend wanted to get me a nice pair of yoga pants for my birthday. Cole helped me pick out the perfect pair, and his kindness and warmth were so genuine and unexpected, i have never been so pleased leaving a retail store. These people are so caring and truly interested in how their products can make your life better. Thank you to Cole and the rest of the lululemon staff for making me feel so welcome. I know that you have stores in 23 countries but you would never know that walking in to the Spokane location. It feels like the only one and they’ll make you feel like you’re the only one in the entire store!

I love Lululemon and their clothing. Too expensive but worth a splurge once in a while :) this store is okay, honestly felt judged when I walked in which I don’t think I’m suppose to feel. The staff seems stuck up but they are pretty nice. Wasn’t greeted or anything and the staff just stood around and chatted which was annoying. Honestly just wanted to get in and get out with my purchase. There is a difference between being nice to customers and just being rude.

Love lululemon, but getting asked repeatedly if I know how to wash, if I’ve bought before, etc while wearing lululemon items makes me think I’ll wait before my next purchase. I like friendly service and not feeling like I’m quizzed on my knowledge of product.

The salesmen and women were too pushy and familiar. I went in looking for a specific shirt that was sold out, and they tried to sell me on the same style but a really weird color. Across the street at Athletha: same scenario but they gave me my space in the dressing room (no nagging/​repetitive «how’s it going in there?!!») and ordered a sold out piece for me online while I was in store.
How is it that they were SO friendly but failed on the sale? I ended up ordering online and likely won’t be back to this location.

Oh lululemon I love you! Seriously the best sports bras money can buy and if you look hard enough you may find some items on sale! This is the first lulu store I have EVER been to that has items on sale; that is a huge added bonus as lululemon can leave quite a dip in your pocket book. The staff was accommodating and polite, they are willing to go above and beyond to be sure that you have the best experience possible. As soon a I have some extra cash I will head back over and spend a decent chunk of money at this location. BEST SPORTS/​YOGA wear that money can buy; hands down:-)

Love the selection of the new store. Some of the staff are friendly. The manager is nice. I am unhappy about having to wait over a month and a half to get my pants hemmed. It’s a little excessive, and not usual for lululemon. The woman that hands you your pants from hemming needs to check the attitude. Flinging a bag at you is not very polite.
