I’ve been in here a few times and most times the customer service is great and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Last night I went in there and couldn’t believe how rude the employees were to me. From the moment my friends and I walked in they were snotty. One followed us around and watched us like we were going to steal something when we clearly stated that we were wanting to purchase a few things. Another one made a very rude comment to me when I was speaking to my friend. I love this place and usually the staff but this experience made me not want to go back because I was treated with such low respect and so poorly. Ok

Had a great experience with my shopping trip. The woman that helped me was knowledgable and listen well for what I was looking for. She gave me more than 1 option and discussed the differences. Also recommended accessories that made the purchase more enjoyable.

I absolutely love this store! I’ve checked out many others but this one is still my number one. The set up is great, you definitely feel like you have your privacy and its easy to feel comfortable in the setting provided. The workers are extremely knowledgable and kind. They also do a very nice job of making their you feel comfortable and make it easy to open, which isn’t always an easy thing to do when it comes to these things. They have an incredible selection of toys and an awesome display table. They are also always willing to pull toys that don’t have displays out for you to see. They’re truly concerned about making sure that their customers are getting the very best product that will work for them and that it will be well worth the money spent. They are definitely geared towards couples (of all ages) which is great since most places aren’t. They also have great selections of lubes, books, bondage, and etc. I’ve recommended Lovers to many of my friends and never had a complaint from a single one. This store is definitely a ten!

Went here 2 weeks ago, and I’m in LOVE with this store! (Sorry Castle, not trying to betray you). They have an assortment of potions that I loved for massage! Bought a candle that turns into massage oil when lit, and the smell envelopes the whole room when burning. I’ve been getting alot of massages lately from my bf, and I will be back for another candle. Also, got a new toy, kinda expensive, spent around $ 80 on it, but it’s a high quality toy and has a wonderful warranty on it. Porn selection is small, go to castle if you’re wanting a good selection of porn. If you want good quality toys, come here instead of Castle, but, Castle does have a good selection of toys that are affordable. This store is really suitable for couples and it seems more aimed at couples than alot of other erotic stores around here. Got a free bottle of lube cause I spent a certain amount of money, but I hated it! It spilled all over and had a greasy feeling, which confused me since it said condom compatible. I threw this freebie away! it stained my sheets and my mattress. Staff is very knowledgeable, but I could have done w/​o the stupid 20 some year old group that was there, being immature and laughing at every thing they saw. Stayed and talked with a staff member for a little bit after the young group left. The staff here is *awesome* :)

Went here today to look at sex toys with a relatively new partner. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. A significant number of toys had samples out of the box and the staff member offered to take out and put batteries in anything we’d like to touch (if batteries were needed).
Professional, fantastic selection from one-​off, $ 20 stuff to investment pieces. I didn’t check out their porn section (not my thing) or their clothes, but the toy section, lube, and books were tremendous.
