Great service! My Dyson, the vacuum that «never loses suction» just was not picking up as well as it used to. Having pets, as well as fostering kittens, I use my vacuum every day and was dreading having to be without it for any length of time. I’ve had this vacuum for about 12 years and though I really love it, the original cord had gotten to be so twisted, I had to untangle it pretty much every time I used it. I took it in just before closing on a Thursday, and had it serviced/​cleaned, had the roller brush replaced and got a new 40′ cord that is much more flexible than the original cord and had it back in less than 24 hours. It works as good as new. Highly recommended!

AMAZING customer service. I went in, not know what was wrong, and they fixed my issue within 5 minutes, told me how to clean my vacuum, and then didn’t charge me. I will recommend them for any service, and I am going to take my vacuum back to get serviced and cleaned. Thank you gentlemen for being so gracious and kind!
