I had Frontline come to my home to give me an quote for housecleaning; I had planned on comparing cleaning services and prices with a few different companies. I’ve had a company clean my house in the past so was aware of how much the quote might be. After showing the owner of Frontline my home and listening to the details of his housecleaning services, he gave me a housecleaning quote of $ 125 which was within $ 10 of the last service I used; I thought… good enough and said, I’d like your company to start cleaning my home. Not once did he mention that the first cleaning was going to cost more than the $ 125 he quoted me. Much to my surprise, I received a bill for $ 335 for that cleaning, but thankfully it was the day before the cleaners were to come again, so I called and left a message immediately canceling any future housecleaning with Frontline and sent them a check for the $ 125 I was quoted. I wasn’t very impressed with their cleaning in the first place; I had to dust many places that they clearly missed, they didn’t vacuum along the edges of the carpets, missed many of the baseboards and the outside of the cabinets. Now about a week later, the owner calls me to tell me that he will reduce the price to $ 250 since he forgot to tell me that it would cost a lot more for the first cleaning. I informed him that I had already mailed a check for the amount that he quoted me and he said he was going to send the rest of the bill to collections then! I think there was a method to his madness in not telling me an amount for the initial cleaning, so that I would start using his company and then just blow off the fact that the initial cleaning was so much more. He didn’t say any other price and there was no paperwork quoting me a price of $ 335. If there were, I would NOT have hired them and I’m sure he knew that! I would have just let this go until I got the call from him today, threatening to send me to collections, prompting me to warn others of this business practice. I was truly hoping that the owner was going to take this as a learning lesson and quote people an accurate price and get it in writing. But at that price, I see why he doesn’t do that. I’m so tired of business people trying to take advantage of others; not a good way to carry on a business. Some of us are willing to take the time to be consumer advocates and I am definitely one of those people.

Absolutely the best. Our house is literally spotless after they clean. I don’t know how they get it so clean but we will be customers for life. Professional and friendly, they truly deserve 5 stars.
