Many breakfast options, from sandwiches to bagel spreads. I tried the LOX salmon bagel, super good with nice salmon(not too salty). Service is pretty fast, but the line can get long which is a turnoff if you are in a time crunch. I would avoid the drive through, as there’s always 4 – 6 cars waiting. I would go back for sure!

Pretty expensive but quality food. The reason they get two stars is for the high turn over resulting in a roulette like experience of whether you’re going to get a rude cashier or someone decent(most often rather terse). There have been several instances that I have been overcharged by mistake, and the drive through wait is incredible; so much so that I don’t know why they have a drive through. Although they have delicious bagels the experience makes this a «I hope they have gotten better… Nope no improvement.» type of visit. I hope they address this, but with the volume of business they get maybe they don’t have to?

DON’T GOTHROUGHTHEDRIVE-THRU. I love Einstein’s! The employees are very nice so far, the food is delicious, and everything always tastes really fresh. I drive up to the North Division location from downtown Spokane on my ½ hr lunch just to grab a yummy lunch quick like. The reason I’m only giving three stars instead of five, however, is the drive-thru. I am not expecting McDonald’s speed at all, but waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with only three cars ahead of me is just unacceptable. The last few times I’ve grabbed lunch there, I have been late getting back to work. Which of course means I will probably have to give up my Einstein Bros lunch habit. Because almost always, as I wait in line, folks behind me bail and leave because of the wait. I think they lose a lot of lunch business. They should just get rid of the drive-thru if they can’t have enough food prepared for the lunch rush. It’s pointless.

Already a fan of Einstein Bagels from my many trips to Portland, I was very pleased to see one now on Division in Spokane. I lived in Spokane for 9 years, and often lamented no easy place to get a good Nova Lox and Coffee here. My experience in this particular Einstein Bagels has raised the bar over all prior experiences, and I have long been a fan. The team working this morning seemed genuinely happy to be there, and genuinely happy to help me with my order. I had a special request(trying to recreate and experience from our youth for my wife), and they not only embraced the challenge, but seemed to share my enthusiasm to do something special for my wife. I know the effort that goes I to finding people truly committed to making an impact in each guest experience. This team stands out. I will make a point of going back here as often as I can. I absolutely recommend you do so as well.

We stopped in on our way home to the Tri-Cities. The customer service was great! They were very friendly and fast. We tried the new turkey and cranberry bagel sandwich and it was AMAZING! We also had the tasty turkey. It was fresh and very«tasty.» Wish we had one in the TC to enjoy!

I’m in love with Einstein’s chocolate chip bagels. While I may have complaints about other bagels or sandwiches, the chocolate chip bagel, toasted, with plain schmear has been my go to order for 17+ years. I crave nothing like a fresh bagel from Einstein’s. Specific for this Spokane location, thank you for finally putting us on the map. I’ve been traveling to Seattle and San Francisco for the past decade or so to grab 2 dozen chocolate chip bagels just because there is nothing else like them. Please never leave. Staff is friendly, service is speedy, and as always, I can depend on you to satisfy my cravings.

I haven’t had such amazing customer service in a long time… Maybe ever! Einstein Bros. is going to be my new favorite place to eat. The prices seem a little spendy but the food is so worth it! AND I love having food that doesn’t feel like im drowning in grease… And my littles(9 months, 6 and 8 years) loved it too!

Yummy bagel and I wish I had the same experience as the other reviews but sad to say all 3 girls looked miserable, never smiled, and didn’t even have any manners to fake a thank you. I wish I could take them under my wing and show them how easy it is to provide customer service and have fun at work!

Chicken sandwich tasted like a blackcat firecracker. Potato salad was too salty(and I like salt) and lunch with a small drink came to $ 12. There are cheaper, less pyrotechnic places to eat on division.

Customer service is second to none. The bagels, top shelf. I got a bakers dozen box. It came with 13 bagels and two schmears ! Great price. I also got a turkey and bacon bagel sandwich. They customized the spread for me. Mustard, no tomato schmear, on a pretzel bagel. Quick and efficient!

Depending in the direction you are heading, it can be in a good location or a bad location. These are the kind of bagels that ruin all other brands of bagels for life. These bagels are delicous and the prices are not bad. As a newer location they are still working out kinks here and there, but so far so good! Minor problems but they will even out.
