Great service from the employees. Lame that they don’t do MT sales tax exempt — minus 1 Star. Their registers were completely broken when I was in there, so I had to go to an ATM for Cash. Stores should offer a discount when this happens, but it is not the employees fault. Would come back if it weren’t for the fail on tax exempt.

They have a great selection. The customer service is good but I have noticed that some of the guys working aren’t very knowledgeable about the products they sell which can be frustrating. Even with this problem they are very nice and do treat customers well.

My boyfriend and I went into this establishment on a Saturday morning looking for a womens jacket. I had been to 6+ other motorcycle stores and none even compared to the stock of this store. They had the best selection of women’s gear I had seen. The gentleman helping us out was also very knowledgable and helpful in directing us to the times we had questions about. I will definitely return if I drive through Spokane again.
