They suck. don’t even bother to call you back for estimates. very irresponsible company.

We have dealt with a number of contractors on many home projects. Brothers is a step above most. BUT there were still problems that should not have occurred and ones that were not corrected. The guys are very good to deal with but do need to improve communication on what will be taking place and when it will happen. The 2 installers were very friendly and personable. Aside from a few paint gouges and a very bad decision on sweeping up the prior dirt and drywall dust beneath the old floor, they did a very good job. End result; A beautiful new floor. I would use them again. We will need new carpet and they will be my first call.

Worked well with us on schedule issues, nice guys, but quality is just ok with a final amatuer feel to the details, poor clean up, they did not mention the broken piece of wall molding not reinstalled, I assume they did not break it?

I recently used Brothers Flooring to install some engineered hardwood that I purchased at Lumber Liquidators. These guys did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. They did a good job cleaning up after the installation and my floors look beautiful. They really do quality work.
