Fun atmosphere and good beer! What more can you ask for?!? The brewery shares it’s space with 4 other businesses. They welcome outside food, or eat at the café in the building. Very friendly staff and really reasonable prices. Keeps me coming back!

Best brewery in Spokane! Undoubtedly. I love the décor and not to mention the always friendly and interesting staff. The mug club is definitely a worthy investment.

BLBC is worth the stop. Beer is hit or miss(asking for tasters is the safest way to find one you like before committing), atmosphere is cool and staff is friendly. If you are in the downtown area, this is the brewery to hit.

Great beer, awesome owners, and a cool location! Scotch Ale is impressive. The Main Ave IPA is a great IPA. They have a great variety of beer, and are always coming out with new stuff. If you love beer, this is a must go to place when in Spokane!

Happen to find this place on a layover and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was extremely friendly, came here for the espresso stout and also enjoyed a honey blonde. The growler was a very reasonable price –definitely something to look forward to when I come back into town.

Had a little time to wait on Friday afternoon before heading over to Post Falls on 5÷15÷15… I was walking around the shops on W Main Ave and stopped in for a brew. Glad I did! Talked to one of the owners, Dan D. and had a wonderful chat and tried the Scotch Ale. Love this location and the Ale was so good I had two! I’m looking forward to my return trip. What a great place!

I was really excited to discover this brewery boasting using local resources. The atmosphere is inviting with lots of tables, and food in the area to enjoy while savoring a pint. The staff is really very friendly. My friends and I tasted numerous samples, but couldn’t quite find one we could all agree was our favorite. Though only able to stay for ½ hour we managed to taste quite a few. And while a few in my group weren’t able to finish all the 4oz pours cause with all people some tastes are different than others and some beers not for everyone. Still we found the brewery enjoyable and will try a longer visit next time. Thanks to great staff with lots of suggestions.

The atmosphere is cool and it’s too bad there isn’t a good brewery there. Black label sucks… Off flavors in every beer. The Amber– nice formaldehyde note. IPA– astringent and peppercorn. Pale ale– mmm vegetables… If you go you should have a stout because it had the least offensive off flavors. The staff was nice, on a positive note, but they get a one star because a brewery should be judged on their beer and their beer is terrible.

Love this location! It’s within this great co-op type building with décor that matches each different corner. Staff was incredibly positive and helpful. Had a crisp and light cider and watched multiple sampler trays go out.

Really cool new brewery in town! Located in a remodeled area with a few more shops/restaurants popping up. Service was fast and friendly. Liked their honey blonde a lot. We got a taster and all the beers very good!

Black Label Brewing, awesome space, good beer and great people. I fell in love with the space the second I walked in. Although shared with 4 or 5 other business in a market co-op situation in this old repurposed industrial building, this place is awesome. The beer is good and is on par with the rest of Spokane’s epic microbrew scene although I didn’t come across one that absolutely blew me away. Take that with a grain of salt as I am blessed to live in a place where the beer is above average almost every place you go. The Smash was the pint that I ordered after working my way through the tasting flight. It’s a sophisticated hoppy beer that’s a bit on the floral side and for me personally, not one that I could drink more than one pint in a sitting. Make sure you at least taste it because it is hard to compare it to anything else I’ve ever had and while it isn’t for me, those in my group really enjoyed it! The Brewers are really cool guys and provided excellent service. If you find yourself nearby or catching a flick at the magic lantern next door, be sure to stop in and grab a pint!

I came here three times in February for #SpoBU and had a really nice time. Steve and Dan are great guys who care about their craft and it shows. There’s an inviting aura of elegant humility at Black Label, which sits in the corner of the new Saranac Commons. Here, there are warm, friendly vibes in a potentially pretentious and snooty industry. Hopefully as they expand, they’ll include a happy hour, which I’m more than game for. Try the Espresso Stout.

Awesome! I really enjoyed this place immensely and plan to return often. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and the beer is delicious. The much raved about honey wheat beer was an instant joy from start to finish. The carbonation level was spot on(I cant stand fizzy beer!) and appropriate for an American wheat beer, the honey added a vibrancy, and the mouthfeel of the beer was divine. I also tried the amber and the red which were also excellent. And it doesn’t stop there… They are right next to the common crumb bakery, if you are lucky free samples of deliciousness await. This place definitely has some very good vibrations resonating within!

I loved the honey blonde, they raise their own bees for honey, and the espresso stout is amazing. There was also a new espresso stout that had great flavor and richness. I want to try that one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
