My wife and I just recently upgraded our rings and had a great initial shopping experience. We picked out our rings and my wife had to wait to have hers reset… it all went well, but we didn’t get a lot of communication after. I would recommend them but just know to shop around. We paid a little more for her ring and other jeweler so could have done her ring in a couple of days instead of weeks. Everyone was polite and helpful though.

All of the workers in Ben bridges is so kind and helpful. This is where my fiancé bought my engagement ring and it’s beautiful! They really care about their customers and I love that they will randomly send little cards (for thanksgiving and Christmas).
