The review above may be due to the fact they were calling the wrong number. The phone number for automatic pool cover is 466‑4242 and they have put in two covers for us over the last 15 – 20 years. We have had a few «emergencies» over the years. That would be a cover that doesn’t work and a party scheduled. They have responded every time and fixed the problem. We just had a nearby lightning strike take out the electric feed to our cover and in the process of fixing that the rope failed. Ed and his electrician Scotty had us up and running in no time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The worst!
I have been calling since May 20th (today is July 1) to have my brand new CoverPool cover serviced. There have been several missed appointments with no calls to reschedule or to let me know he isn’t coming. This is ridiculous… it’s now July 4th weekend and I haven’t been able to use my pool yet.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
