We recently spent $ 770 to have our air ducts and furnace cleaned. Technician was very nice but left dirt and sheetrock dust all over the carpet and furnture by all the cold and warm air vents. I had to vacuum and dust the entire house after he left. I filled out a Zeroez online survey and was contacted by Johanna to discuss the situation. She left a message on my home number even though my cell phone was the primary contact number. I called her back the following day and was told she had already left for the weekend. I left a message with a gal in regards to the situation and instructions to call my cell… A week later… No one has bothered to call.

Zerorez Spokane is amazing. Zerorez cleaned what I really thought could not be cleaned! We had the wife’s new puppy have 2 – 3 stains that we honestly thought would never come out, the pet treatment took everything right out.
Stairs looked amazing. We recommend Zerorez to everyone!

ZeroRez is the best service on the market. The process does not use soap to clean and dries quickly. I am certain that some sort of magic must be involved. We just bought our first house and wanted to move into it pretty well cleaned up.
These guys were very confident in being able to remove any and all stains, odors, wax that had been in the carpet for who knows how long, and ya know what? Everything came out looking beautiful!
These guys REALLY believe in what they are selling and they let you know and it was worth the slight premium in price for their service.
