A very clean and well organized grocery store! I love the produce and wine section in this Yokes! It’s also on my way home so that’s a plus.

To the reviewer who said that the store was dirty… idk what store you were in guy! Yoke’s is a nicer grocery store that is always clean when ive been there. They offer a nice produce section and their wine section is quite large too. They are open until midnight which is very convenient. Employees are mostly younger but are always nice to me. This is my go to store for this area.

I love Yokes! It has everything anyone would want, from healthy options to cakes and desserts. The staff there are very nice and helpful. One of the best one stop shops for groceries. If they start to sell clothes, they would put walmart out of business. Lol

I like this market. It’s a great hybrid of traditional grocer and health food/specialty food Market. It’s a bit more pricey than a Safeway but on par with the local Albertson“s. I like that I can pretty much find anything I need here when I need it. Last minute birthday gift for a business acquaintance? Check. That perfect bottle of affordable yet unique wine for the dinner party? Check. Basic produce plus that little extra something from the local farm? Got it. Great in house cookies for lil Bens school open house? Yum. My favorite part about this Yokes“s? It’s literally right next door to Spokane Gymnastics. I drop my two kids off twice a week at Spokane Gymnastics to do gymnastics, dance & Parkour and I wander around Yokes enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee and the simplicity of a well designed store without my kids doing their kid thing in my ear :). Heaven. Yokes always let’s me get what I need yet still enjoy the experience of searching for that perfect unique gift or spice blend. It’s the little things in life that make them so sweet.

Very dirty store. I cannot return. Very small and not a lot of fresh options. Make sure you check expiration dates.

Great little organic non-produce-items section; Can be fun to do a browse once in a while. The seafood is largely expensive and not the best quality. One exception is when it’s in season and they get fresh wild salmon; I’ve had THE best large cuts of wild salmon from this store. I’ve not seen any other market in town(well, maybe Williams Seafood) offer such large fish. If you’ve never enjoyed a charcoal-grilled THICK cut of wild sockeye or king salmon with a THICK marbled belly section, you’ve not had the best wild salmon can offer. Their annual live lobster-fest is also notable, and the only occasion I’ve ever enjoyed anything bigger than a «chick.» Got a great deal on a ~4lb lobster and discovered it really is a myth that bigger lobsters are tougher. We probably ate off that guy for a week(shelled meat and used in various dishes). Typically one should buy a bigger lobster in terms of maximizing meat-to-shell yield.

Looking for quality groceries and healthy, organic eats? Look no further. I am beyond grateful that Yoke’s is a thriving chain in Spokane so that we can eat somewhat healthy when we visit family here. The store layout is a little odd but after a few visits we seem to find our way okay. The produce quality is excellent, I only wish they had a larger selection. People may be unhappy with the prices, but they aren’t that bad and the quality is definitely there. Oh the cheese! Yes please! Don’t miss the cheese case! They even break up the Cougar cold into a variety pack so you don’t have to buy the entire tin. Conveniently it’s right next to their small but interesting wine collection. The meat section is passable. We did pass on the deli on our last visit but we aren’t big on grocery deli food at most places. Oh and you didn’t think I’d leave out the beer did you? Nice selection! We love to try new Washington beers as well as other Northwest favorites. The prices are decent, we never leave here without a bottle or two. Well that’s most places… But trust me, if you are looking for groceries in this town, look no further than Yoke’s.

The only place I grocery shop. Nicely organized, friendly service, very clean and a fantastic wine selection and organic foods section.
