After being a customer for 10 years, I can honestly say that I’ll never come back. The oil changes and brake replacements by these guys have been sub-​par, and I’ve had to return several times to fix problems that they caused. The kicker was when they suggested getting a new battery. I took their advice, had them put in a new battery, and then I was back in the next day because my car was having trouble starting. Everything was fine before the battery change, but now they started to tell me that there are starter problems and so forth. Long story short, avoid all Tire-​Rama stores, especially the Liberty Lake and Sullivan branches.
