The Man Shop

Went this past Saturday and the service was crappy they didn’t even greet us or anything my nephew didn’t check in by putting his name on the list because apparently he never does when goes on his own time because he says they greet him immediately and ask if you’ve been helped .this past Saturday that did not happen waiting for 1 hour and still no help poor customer service. Helped others that came in after me but not us we got up and left went to a different place. Being honest. truth hurts .ain’t coming here again you lost 4 customers from me.

Great hair cut every time even for my toddler. Kelcie cuts my toddler and husband’s hair and she even turns cartoons on for the little one. Clean and friendly little shop.

Good place for a reasonably priced haircut. Everything ends there. Not that I am looking to chit chat while getting my haircut, but agree with others and the attitudes of the ladies is bottom line terrible. I’ve been in 4 – 5 times and only once had a conversation that did not feel uncomfortable or where the barber did not seem preoccupied.

Decent hair cut. Customer service has a lot to be desired. It’s as if it’s an inconvenience when I show up.

Okay haircut, horrible customer service. The wait is certainly not worth the service. If you want to have your hair cut and feel like you are getting what you paid for, keep driving to anywhere else. Oh, if you go there, call ahead or you’ll find yourself waiting for a very long time.

The place is clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable for the service. Although competent at their trade, the stylists leave a lot to be desired. Don’t expect to see the same person twice.
I’ve been to this location three times. The first time was pretty good and the stylist was kind of friendly. The second really, really poor attitude by the stylist, to the point that I asked «Are you OK?». She said yes, but was a bit weird. Got a good cut in a blazing fast 10 minutes.
The last time, all the stylist could talk about was moving to North Dakota to earn more money. And she was so busy spouting the benefits of moving against the other stylist’s cautionary comments that she cut my hair way too short.
I like the atmosphere but their stylists just generally have the worst attitudes.
I’m afraid I’m not going back.

Got me in the chair, perfect hair cut just how I like it, neck shave, hot towel in under four min. It was like a speed hair care competition.

Good haircut, reasonable price, terrible customer service! The lady that cut my hair had a terrible attitude. Won’t go back.

So, what is the Man Shop?
Well, it is a quality barber shop for a reasonable price. And done efficiently.
But there is more. While you wait, if you have to, there is a pocket pool table (ie, FREE), a stand up video game console with some of your favorite classic video games like Galaga that is also FREE, and an atmosphere where a guy can feel comfortable getting a haircut.
One of their mottoes is that no man should have to watch Oprah while getting a haircut. Instead, they have cable fed to each station and you can watch whatever you want while getting sheared. Baseball? No problem. Speed Channel? Coming right up.
They also sell a lot of irreverent, politically incorrect T shirts that are bound to make you grin if not laugh out loud.
Just one warning. This place proclaims a PG-​13 attitude right on the door so probably NOT the place to take your son (s) for a first haircut. No, they don’t have hair stylists dancing on poles. But some of the décor probably is not appropriate for kids under teen years.
In addition to haircuts, they also offer neck shaves, straight razor face shaves, and lots of other services a guy might appreciate. And if you are not a guy but have a special one in your life, all Man Shops offer gift certificates.
As an added bonus, the owners are Spokanites born and raised, so you will contributing to helping keep money local.
