STCU: Financed my motor home 2 years ago. Everything fine until Oct2015 they plaed a forced insurance policy on the unit for a cost of $ 12,000. I have always had insurance on this vehicle– never lapsed. Dopey STCU employee called me after I turned them into BBB and State Ins Commis and Consumer protection, asking if I had any questions. They are the most inept and irresponsible organization I have ever dealt with. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone not even an enemy.

This bank is friendly and local which is why I support it. The online banking used to be really bad compared to other bank’s websites but they just improved it and now have an app. Woohoo! They are willing to work with you and have reasonable rates. One complaint I have is only having $ 200 at most if you deposit your work check through the ATM. There is a 2 day waiting period to get the rest of the funds. Other than that I do recommend this bank.
