I am a partner and was treated very poorly when I asked for the partner discount. Also my drink was cold but tasted ok. No one greeted us for at least two minutes at the drive-​thru. As a partner this is very discouraging. The image that we would like to project is not what we experience when visiting stores in other locations.

The Seattle Starbucks have great sandwiches and snack plates that are healthy and delicious. The Eastern Washington locations need to offer these as well.
I have noticed slower service at the Argonne and Broadway location, and discovered the counter girl was overly chatty. Give me my coffee and let me go away. Please.
Sprague and Pines is A+ — thanks girls for the great service and complimentary coffee last week.

Why write a review on a Starbucks??? Good question. Little attitude, nice people, apologetic about being in the midst of brew cutover and went out of their way to get me something hot to drink while they covered my order. Maybe I’ve been in Chicago too long and this is what it’s supposed to be like out of here, but it was a breath of fresh air. Add to that the fact they comp’d my next drink and I’m super happy all of a sudden.
