We were here visiting and got a recommendation from a friend. We were glad we went. Their staff is very knowledgeable about shoes and for issues and how to correct them. Rachel was great with our five kids and us grownups. The istep foot analysis was very cool, and let us know just we needed in a shoe. Just can’t say enough how great it was. We got shoes fit everybody.

I bought a high end pair of hiking boots for the winter, before receiving a pair that fit better as a birthday gift. I tried to return the unused boots, in original packaging and just two weeks later, and was told they do not give refunds, only store credit. When I said the salesperson who sold me the boots never informed me of their policy, the clerk said, «It’s on the receipt.» When I noted that I would have only been able to read the receipt AFTER the sale went through, hence a mute point, she pointed to a small sign at the end of the counter, away from the cash register and said, «The policy is right there.» I asked if store credit meant any balance due from a lesser purchase would be credited to my card and was told no, that I would have to purchase the same amount or more. I asked to speak with the manager. The clerk called her and instead of a reasonable resolution, I was told the manager had to get the story from the salesperson who sold me the boots. What story?! I bought a pair of shoes, decided they did not work, and wanted a refund or agreement that if I bought a less expensive pair of shoes I would receive the balance due instead of being held hostage to buy more(and unwanted) product. So, heads up if you decide to shop here; be absolutely sure you love what you buy because no refunds are given.
