I will never do business with Mattress Firm ever again. After buying a «mattress system» with the power bases and two XL twin Tempurpedic mattresses my husband and I decided we hated the whole thing, it didn’t work for us at all. We went back to the store within our 100 days to return and told them we wanted to return everything and start over with something else that was not Tempurpedic and not adjustable. We were told that we could not return the power bases, but they could give us a credit on another mattress in the store. We asked to talk to the manager and we were told she would call us the next day. We went back to the store and decided on another mattress at which point we were told that the credit they were offering only applied to a new Tempurpedic mattress — we told the sales person we didn’t like the Tempurpedics. We decided to go home and think about it. The manager never did call us and we were disgusted by the lack of customer service. We went to the store the next morning and returned the mattresses and were told at that point they would give us a «screaming deal» on any mattress in the store. To late Mattress Firm! We took our business elsewhere — to a reputable local company Northwest Bedding. We are still stuck with the damn power bases — of which one is already broken. But very pleased we supported a local business with integrity. Mattress Firm, if you have to sell a «sleep system» you should take back the entire system when your customers hate it. Karen Ganley

Shady sales people with deceiving pricing. I would not recommend people go in there unless you like sketchy sharks. Maybe it’s just Shark Week

If we hadn’t been the only people in the store I don’t think we would have received much help from Anna Lisa. As soon as she found out we were a warranty replacement she went behind the counter to look it up and then never came back out to the floor. We were looking at higher priced items but I’m guessing commission drops on a warranty item. Anyway, jump to today and it’s time for delivery, I pull out the receipt and notice my phone number is wrong so I call the store,(took time to find number as she had written the fax number on the warranty receipt) then she checks my address and it’s also wrong. I’ll accept some responsibility for those two things but we were just happy to have the shopping experience behind us. Anyway, just a couple minutes later the delivery guy calls. And it’s here!

I could have had a better experience. Went to mattress land and had a better experience. I bought there instead.
