Not great food. Average service at best and expensive. Their reasons for letting their BEST employees go need to be updated to the times. I won’t be back anymore

By far the best BWW I have ever been to! The customer service is outstanding and the food so far has been 8⁄10

Went in tonight to the north town location with a group of 6 and had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a resteraunt, had one server spill bloody Mary all over the table and then she just said careful it’s full didn’t bother to clean it up after, being a server at a busy resteraunt myself I know good service and I didn’t receive that at all I will never come back!

I read a few reviews and figure it was just another dirty BWW. I have to say, this place is clean, staff is friendly and all over it. Some of the best service we’ve had a a chain food restaurant. Although it is a Tuesday afternoon, this place is spot on for wings!

After trying this Buffalo Wind wings location twice I will not be returning. My boneless wings are always mushy and falling apart and the young staff are always having social hour when they should be doing their jobs. Oh and I almost forgot walking outside to the smell of raw sewage. Apparently they have an issue and have to have a truck come to pump it out sometimes. I saw other reviews that said the same thing. Nope. I expect a lot more for my $$$.

This place was AMAZING! Although the waitresses weren’t much to look at I tried the the blazing wings, and I started crying. I shat three times in one hour once I got home.

Always a good time. Service is always exceptional. From the time we walk in the door. My husband is a wing guy so he loves the variety of flavors. I love the tablets that keep our kids occupied!!! Drinks stay full and tummies don’t leave empty!

Well we had a gift card thank goodness. This place was not the place for good foot or seating. We went there on a Saturday about 5:45 pm set out side had Taybor as our waiter he was the BEST part about it. He was super nice and fast very good at what he does. The rest the food wasn’t anything to write home about they were out of my salad how the hell are you out of salad. It’s was super noisy with all the traffic the TABLES were to COLSE together. I won’t give this place a second chance. Flaming joes is better and that is not saying much. I bet this place doesn’t make it 5 years. Thanks Taybor for try to Make this place good. Good luck man I’d move on to a BETTER place.

Great service. very busy night. Seahawks pre game if our waitress was busy, someone was there to help. Food, got sampler plate. for the price it was good. Only real complaint… we really wanted to watch and listen to the game… not the hot wing contest… bad timing. suggestion:half time or after. My friend and I thought we find our new Monday night spot… changed our mind after that…

I’ve always loved Buffalo Wild Wings, the food, the atmosphere it’s just great. We came here to watch the first seahawks pre season game a little but before kickoff– it was packed and busy!!! We got a table for 2 in under 5 minutes which was amazing– I thought we’d be waiting forever. We got seated outside near a bunch of tvs– perfect for us– right in time for kickoff. We ordered drinks and food– the buffalo zoo and burgers and fries and wings. Everything came quickly and the food– especially the wings are always on point for me. I enjoy coming here because of the atmosphere and the good food and good times!

Stopped here for lunch for the first time. Generally, I’m wary of wings for spice reasons, but this was perfect. In fact, I think I was a little too low on the spice-meter. Great flavor & amazing service.

First time at BWW. It is mostly a sports bar. At least 20 tv’s. It is happy hour crowded and very loud. The prices are decent during happy hour but overpriced if not. There are mainly burgers and wings on the menu with a few random sides. I got the garlic mushrooms and chili con queso both worth the $ 3 happy hour price. It is funny how the cheapest part of the bird can become the theme for a restaurant. The caribbean wings were good. The beer selection was okay not great. It was a good experience but I won’t be back very soon.

Did the order online take out. .. pig out in the hotel down the street after a long drive — god bless America ! Made order online — easy Drive to BWW — easy Order not quite ready(I think I was 5 minute early per their time to pick up). .. kewl — Pay & watch sports on waiting bench for pick up… Ding !. .. Order ready… Order comes out in pre packaged bag(s). .. way kewl. Condiments already in sub bags to the main bag — again — awesome packaging. .. asked for extra something: poof — thank you(wee gripe. .. you get charged for every wings dipping sauce while if I ate there — no charge) Did 24 boneless(leftovers, hello) and cheese curds. .. food: Nom and Nom — why not a 4 of 5. .. there are better wings out there IMO — but — for a large chain — this place is as good as all the other BWW — I must give them credit and kudus of being able to be consistent from store to store — so very not easy to do

This place is an assault on the senses. Period. It is a loud, high-charged atmosphere. If I worked here I would be deaf and unable to afford hearing aids because I would be without tips due to not being able to hear my customer’s orders. But enough about atmosphere. Let’s talk about their food. If you are craving buffalo sauce or anything spicy, this place will scratch your itch. They know their buffalo sauce and they have a large range of spice levels — both wet and dry rub. They also have some creative blends. And they know how to cook chicken. We weren’t in the mood to have wings. Instead, my husband had a chicken burger that was drizzled with buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing. He said it was juicy and tasty. I had a chicken Mediterranean salad. I also had really juicy chicken(which doesn’t always happen with a salad — you usually get dry, grilled chicken). The only miss was the buffalo chips appetizer. We expected thin and crisp potato chips, but got thick, somewhat mushy potato coins. So the only thing left to cover is service. Our server was excellent. Very attentive and knowledgeable about their food. We also had an unprompted fly-by check in visit from the manager. The only miss was the food runner. They didn’t seem to know what they were dropping off. We asked for a side of blue cheese for the chips and they said ‘here’s your ranch’. Luckily, it was actually blue cheese. Similar thing with our meal. They didn’t seem to know what all of the different sauces were with the salad. Probably would have been best to just say ‘these are for your salad’ and leave them rather than try to guess the names as you set them down. Oh well. Everything with our order was right and the food was tasty. Given the atmosphere, the price of the food items, and the drive from our house, I don’t think I’ll be the duchess of this place any time soon. I will go back if I’m at the mall and craving spice.

We arrived with a group of 6 on a Thursday night. There was a 20 – 25 minute wait, but we decided to stick it out. The staff was friendly enough. After we got seated our waitress took drink orders pretty quickly. It turns out that thursday is boneless wings day. Boneless wings are 65 cents each… But dipping sauce(ranch or blue cheese) costs an extra 60 cents each, which is pretty lame in my opinion! I decided to pick up 15 wings, which was about right for a hungry guy. 5 each of Parmesan garlic, spicy garlic, and hot BBQ. The Parmesan garlic was very good! The sauce is very creamy with the right amount of garlic in it. It was the favorite of the entire table. I was a bit disappointed by the spicy garlic. The flavor was ok at best… I don’t think I’d ever get it again. The hot barbecue was good if you like stuff that’s just a little bit spicy. We also picked up a basket of fries for the table. That was pretty disappointing for nearly $ 6. Way too small for that price! My wife decided to get a buffalo chicken wrap. The first half of it was pretty good according to her. The second half? It’s currently in the garbage because we found somebody’s hair in it. I got the manager to come over to our table. We were not charged for the wrap, but that definitely dropped my experience to a 3 out of 5. Buffalo Wild Wings is an OK place, but I think I prefer flamin Joe’s if given the option.

Absolutely horrible service. This was by far one of my worst experiences at a BWW. The sides are 6.50 to 7.00 and with the portion size they tried to give us, it was about .78 cents a mushroom piece and there were only 9 pieces. The assistant manager(shift leader) had the audacity to tell us that our tiny portion size looked like 6oz of a serving of garlic mushrooms. And that he fired another batch just out of the goodness of his heart and would give it to us free of charge. He literally said it sarcastically. Moving on… The mushrooms also were squishy in the middle and seemed like they needed cooked longer from the frozen state they were originally in. freshly frozen for the win? This place has shrunk it’s portion sizes over 5 years to 1⁄3 the amount with higher prices. The happy hour has also moved an hour later to 10pm when it use to be 9pm The service is slow and often brings out barely warm food. 60 cents for a tiny cup of watered down ranch is also extremely pompous. Thank GOD the off-brand ketchup is free so the dry wing doesn’t get stuck in my throat. ALSO the Monthly SPECIAL limited edition sauce, Korean BBQ, 10 days into the month and they were OUTOFIT! This place shouldn’t be still in business, but alas Spokane valley is a chain food city. AVOID this Buffalo Wild Wings! They are not all this bad, but the prices are. 1 of 5 stars barely deserved! Service(8 – 10 employees) was more concerned with a fellows employees tattoos then the customers waving to them from multiple tables.

At first I thought the service was really bad, but I’ve been coming in later and the crew has been incredibly friendly. I think that during their busier hours it may be harder to be polite due to the chaos/stress. At night I’ve realized the atmosphere is a lot more chilled out and the servers are more chatty and attentive. I’ll continue to come here but only late at night!

There’s a lot to like… but also a lot that needs fixing. First, the good. They have really good food! The wings migrate from sweet bbq to insanely hot. If you like sports, the screens here are HUGE! Some are the size of an entire wall. Drink specials galore. They do lots of different things that are fun and upbeat to advertise them. Now, some bad. The seating area is like a cattle pen. I honestly don’t know how the servers even maneuver through this mess. And unless you don’t mind getting really up close and personal with people you have never met before, this is an uncomfortable experience. Add to that the tables really aren’t big enough to put much on when you are eating. I get the feeling they are just hoping you get a small order of wings and lots of drinks. Also, many of their wing offerings are actually rubs rather than sauces, including the signature«Buffalo» style. Maybe I am a bit of a wing snob, but I have had«authentic» Buffalo wings and they are a spicy saucy mess. Just can’t get behind their version. Finally, their prices are just too high, and they charge for things other places don’t. You should give some ranch or blue cheese as a standard with wings, not charge sixty cents per rather small cup. This is the most objectionable thing really, and prevents me from ever staying and buying any alcohol, which would make them a lot more money than their stupid policy on sauces to go with their mediocre wings. Basically, the food is good here, but the seating and the excessive pricing on things that should not even be a charge ensure that I only come here for take out, then bring it home where the booze and blue cheese dressing are cheaper. And the seating is not like a rodeo stockyard.
