Great little health food store. Staff was extremely helpful. Prices are reasonable got a 15% off purchase over $ 20 for checking in on Unilocal.I can’t wait to try the chorizo I purchased. A lot of local items.

Great place for picking up healthy food items tucked away in Spencerport. The freezer was broken today so David the proprietor reduced the prices on the items that thawed. So the store’s loss was our gain. Prices are moderate, but there are sales, coupons, and a clearance section.

This is a health food store that I would definitely recommend they are constantly getting new products and have some good deals!

Local, organic, gluten-​free, natural supplements… if you’re a health nut, you will find it here. This place is a westside treasure. They have coolers full of grass-​fed organic meat and dairy products. Pittsford Farms milk & ice cream! Eggnog in season! Jams, crackers, pasta, salad dressing, soup mixes, bulk grains and spices, personal care… I could go on and on. I asked the young man working if they had any products containing kava, and he immediately showed me to their natural remedy section, which was exhaustive. He also suggested some alternatives that are less harmful to the liver. Very knowledgeable. Definitely a place to check out if you care about what you put in and on your body and don’t mind spending a little bit more to do it.
