Pizza Hut

I gave this Pizza Hut another try because it’s the one that will deliver to my house.
The delivery driver was a really nice guy and he was fast. It arrived 15 to 20 minutes quicker than the time I was given.
I ordered online this time with them & got my nephew the Cheese Lovers with bacon-​stuffed crust & pepperoni. We checked the «extra cheese» box which was a little confusing. If you get the Cheese Lovers, it will already have extra cheese so don’t check that box unless you want to pay for even more cheese on top of that. My nephew seems to be happy with the huge amount of cheese though.
As you can see in my photos, the pizza looked pretty sloppy. It must have slid around at some point during transport. Some slices are missing toppings on half of the slice because it’s stuck on the bottom of the others that were lying on top… The box was really greasy as well. It appears to taste good because he’s scarfing it down, but, still, if I have a choice, I prefer the 10^th Street location.
He is telling me right now that it is extremely salty. That was an issue last time we got a pizza at this location.
I was going to go up a star because the driver was fast & friendly, but he may be the reason why the pie was all slid on top of itself. Leaving at two stars for that messiness, the grease & salt.

Stopped in at 1:15pm on Sunday. There were no cars in the parking lot. Should have been a huge warning. We went in anyhow. Zero customers in the entire place and we waited for someone to appear. We were finally seated and told our server would be right with us. We waited for about 10 minutes. In that time we heard what sounded like all of the employees playing bowling in the kitchen. Someone finally appeared right when we decided we were leaving. No apology for the wait, etc. No way would we have stayed. What an unprofessional, dirty, dump of a restaurant. I will be reporting it to Pizza Hut as well. DO NOT go here. Negative 5 stars would be appropriate.

This location is the WORST!!! The «manager» wouldn’t even refund us our money after we told them we didn’t even want the cold pizza they delivered, instead offered us a $ 16 credit, to which we had spent around $ 32. On top of that, she wouldn’t give us a corporate number to complain on and then suddenly changed from the manager to the «GM» and she «didn’t have time for this». We finally after 2 months decided to take advantage of our «$ 16 credit» in which I still had to pay $ 5 out of pocket for STILL COLD PIZZA!!! I’m ALL about second and maybe third chances but this place has lost it. Their ghetto «manager» needs an attitude check quickly. If she’s going to treat customers like that, she needs to relocate to the east side where she will surly fit in better.

Horrible service. My delivery came over 2 hours after the promised time. I called multiple times and kept being told it was already on its way. The driver eventually called me confused and lost and I had to go find him in my complex. And the pizza was cold! I called and complained and all they did was give me a discount on my NEXT order…

Went into place a carryout order for a 16 chicken wings. They told me it would be ready in 15 mins. 30 minutes later I asked about my order. They had not started and franticly threw it together in the back. Honestly I probably won’t go back.

Always get the pretzel stuffed crust… For pick up bc delivery takes entirely too long. I didn’t give it 5 stars bc I ordered half cheese and half Extra mushroom and banana peppers and just got banana peppers. None the less. We’ve ordered from this location twice and the crust and cheese is always perfect and hot.

Made my order online, said it would be done at 6:20, Iv been waiting over 20 minutes for some wings… Seem to be more worried about talking with one another and on phones than there job…

This is our closest pizza place and use it regularly. The food is good, but lacks a bit in service. I think they are usually short staffed. The service that you do get is fairly decent, but you just have to be patient sometimes.

Nice location and restaurant but AWFUL SERVICE. This is a newly built Pizza Hut so the building is nice and new, wish I could say the same about the service. I’ve ate here before and have been ignored by my waitress, the second and last time I ate there my supposable hand tossed pizza turned out looking like a thin crust doughy awful tasting pizza. Not to mention meanwhile as we are eating you can hear the employees in some sort of an argument. AVOID and save yourself from the disappointment
