I am from Indiana, and after surveying a number of state parks in OK (in the northeastern part, at least), they are not quite what I expected. Many of the parks are strictly camping — no nature center, no trails, etc. This is one of them.
The sites and bathroom facilities are a little ghetto, and again, the park lacks nature. The one thing I did enjoy was the dam right next to the campground. It looks pretty cool. The sound of the water might be peaceful at night. But… you’re probably dead should the dam break :/
