No star to give. Poor customer relations skills. Management displayed no concern about retaining this customer. Vague and inconsistent return policy. Inartful choice of language used toward a patron. I will be sure to inform everyone about the poor experience with this business. Would be surprised if the business lasts another year. There are too many other choices where the consumer is at least treated in a reasonable manner. So sad…
