Ruby Tuesday

Stopped by for lunch today — 4 adults and 3 toddlers. We had to ask for the kids menu with crayons for the kids since only one was brought out to us. Our waitress was not bad (we did have to ask for drink refills and I saw another customer get up with his empty tea glass to go look for a waitress) but for the most part, it looked like there were a lot of young employees just standing or sitting around doing nothing. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for a Friday at lunch time. I think the manager was there but she never stopped by to greet us as customers and she definitely had plenty of time to kill. It took us almost 45 minutes to get our food, which was not good considering we were very hungry and had three hungry children with us. The waitress did not bring us any cheese biscuits when we sat down, and we finally got some after I asked for them when our food was finally delivered to our table. The food portions were sadly lacking, especially the appetizers which were billed as «shareable». I was completely shocked when I saw the Crispy Chicken Bites that I paid $ 8 for — about ten very small bite size pieces with one tiny cup of honey mustard. I even asked the waitress about it and she confirmed that my order was correct.

Very friendly staff, but very poor service. I don’t leave bad reviews on first visits, so this is the third and the performance has been consistently bad.

Was greeted by wait staff was promptly seated. waitress was very attentive food arrived hot. portions were small didnt know you had to add sides at additional cost pasta was under cooked eat here if you have money to burn and a small appetite wont return would not recommend to a friend

You don’t get what you pay for, but the food isn’t bad nor is the service. Despite prices, the food is okay. If you’re lucky enough to have coupons, get the buffalo chicken sandwich with swiss cheese! It’s pretty damn tasty, but I still wouldn’t recommend stopping here for dinner unless you’re rich. lol

Much better than I expected from a chain. Hostess and waitress were all smiles and got everything right, food came out as ordered and above expectations. Girlfriend ordered a dessert and I ordered a bourbon and both were great.
Chicken Parmesan Pasta was good. And they somehow managed to make my girlfriend’s well-​done steak taste decent. Atmosphere was nice, music levels were perfect, place was spotless and perfectly lit.
It’s not The Palm or Morton’s, but for what you pay, far exceeded expectations.
