Food is hit or miss — great hot dogs /​milk shakes are smaller and more expensive than CFA or Hardee’s, McD, etc. Salmon biscuit is good but dry /​BEC biscuit is better than Hardees. Chicken biscuit is only 2 extremely dry tenders. Salad is like the 1.39 salad at McD but, $ 2.95. $ 1 hot dogs are 3 – 6 pm. Eat here but, be thoughtful of what you order.

LOVE Ricky’s!!! Go there nearly every weekend and have hot dogs and a mix (fries/​rings). I believe their chili makes the difference with their dogs. A little spicy to differentiate it from others in town. The rings almost melt in your mouth. I am getting hungry writing about it!
Besides the great food — the folks there are tremendous! Cathy, «DJ», Lisa, Liz and «John Boy» ROCK! You will be hard pressed to find a better, more entertaining crew. They are good people!
Try the chicken salad and/​or the pimento salad — they are homemade and delicious!
I haven’t tried a breakfast yet — but I can only imagine how good it is.
Regarding previous comments on its location — you’ve been in worse places — trust me.
Do yourself a favor and go to Ricky’s.

I like Ricky’s Drive-​In. It’s your typical retro diner that serves old-​fashioned hamburgers and hot dogs. Keep in mind, it’s located in the ghetto, so expect what’s expected. The food is cheap and you get what you pay for.
When I arrived there today I ordered a chicken biscuit. These chicken biscuits are pure fried southern-​style chicken breasts on a biscuit. Very yummy! Will definitely go back.

Ricky’s is a typical local dive with yummy food ! Their chicken salad is delish !!! People that work there are very friendly and always remember what you had the last time. Very family like environment.

It says barbeque but really its burgers and hotdogs. The food is cheap, and you get what you pay for. Worth a try if you want a cheap meal.
