I lived here for two years and it had its ups and downs.
On the scale of what Spartanburg, SC has to offer, in terms of renting, this is AS good AS it gets for the price range. Search no further.
When it was time for me to move, they assisted be BEYOND compare.
The reason for the negativity stems from the lack of finding ultimate solutions to my issues while living here. Although they sought to resolve all issues very quickly, all solution were mere band-​aids and not resolved.
Issue 1: Mold growing in the window seals and elsewhere.
To their credit, they came and taped up the window but the mold continued to grow and I attempted some home remedies but was never able to fully resolve. Due to my allergies, it made living here hard.
Issue 2: Continuously broken toilet.
To their credit, they would promptly band-​aid the situation as best as possible but ultimately, it would happen again and again.
At the zenith, I was without a bathroom for 2 – 3 days.
Issue 3:
While on vacation, I came back to find my apartment in disarray at 1am. Earlier that day, the the tenant’s tub above me overflowed and maintenance entered my apartment to ensure that water was dried up.
I would preferred them to call in advance and at least alert me, that I was coming home to my carpet being rolled up and large machine removing water from the bathroom floor.
I can appreciate the effort to resolve the issue BUT not the execution.

If I ever HAD to move back to Spartanburg SC, I would not live here, unless they completely renovated their existing apartment and had a set of new polices.
