Worst service ever! Will not go back. Don’t ever try try to place a «to go» order and shop. Placed order with server, shopped(actually filled up a basket of goodies for my Mom in the hospital). 30 minutes later a server asked us were we waiting to be seated. Bottom line, order never got placed, manager was called, never came out, another server tried to take our order again, like we had another 30 minutes to waste while our Mom sat waiting in the hospital. Unacceptable.

My wife and I Ordered breakfast. They brought the eggs out, THEN told us they were cooking biscuits(we should have been told before they brought out the eggs and given the option of ordering something else). 15 minutes the biscuits arrived. Eggs were stone cold. I sent mine back. Ridiculous. Evans family in Lebanon should be ashamed of this store. Waiter told manager who was in the kitchen.. He never came out to talk with us. When we paid he came and took our money and apologized but didn’t offer to provide us with hot food or a replacement. I’m going now to get food for me.

Where to begin?! Cracker Barrel has been a hallmark of fine southern cuisine for years now. I just can’t believe it took me this long to get here! I’d first like to comment on the service. Everyone seemed to have a smile on their face and a helping hand. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the food took a little while to get out. I don’t want to get too in depth with this one so I will just say that at Cracker Barrel you will find good food and great company!

Stopped by for dinner and our waitress didn’t take long to get our drink order. However after she dropped the food she didnt speak to us again till we got the bill. No refills on drinks, no rolls, no how is your food? I’m sorry but I hate crappy service. And then she starting sweeping the floor around us. Maybe your cut and your shift is over. Maybe we are your last table. I’m a server and I understand what it’s like to work a long day. However I can’t stand bad service or no service. Food was great. Other than that it was a bad experience.

Great food! Great service! I’ve never had a bad meal at this location! The service is quick & friendly even on this busy mornings or weekends. We enjoy not only the variety of food but the quality too. It really does taste like home!

Cracker Barrel is consistently good no matter which one you visit. There is great variety with breakfast and dinner menus. It’s fun to shop around in the gift store or sit in the rocking chairs outside. One of our family favorites because everyone can find something they like.

Cracker Barrel never ceases to amuse me as a northerner. Good food, fairly cheap, and this location had great service.

Great service, attentive wait staff, very clean, great food! We went here for Thanksgiving dinner(I’m a little late posting the review) and we got the traditional Thanksgiving dinner selection with dessert. We’ve never been disappointed here, it’s a great restaurant, with everything you expect from a Cracker Barrel.

This Cracker Barrel must have been built before the Cracker Barrel Standardization Act of 1994. When you enter, the restaurant is to the right, not to the left like in every other Cracker Barrel i’ve ever visited. Anyway, if you can get over the variant floor plan, it’s a Cracker Barrel, just like any other Cracker Barrel. The only difference i noticed was that the bathrooms were a little smaller, and a little dirtier, than the status quo.

For dinner was served a tasty meal of the fried catfish and sides. The fish was fresh and fried nicely with a crispy crust and moist inside, greens were good, and sweet potatoes were nice. Strawberry shortcake and coffee hit the spot for dessert. Service was top-notch, seating me quickly and the waitress was attentive with my order and refilling my drinks. Reasonable dinner value, and you can pick up some souvenirs at the gift store for the kiddies at home.

Yes, I admit, I sometimes miss«southern cooking.» Their chicken and dumplings are very good, as are any of their«meat and vegetables» entrees. I love that they have the little games on the table. I remember playing them when I was younger. I could always finish with only 1 pin left. Unfortunately, I can’t remember how I did it and now leave 3 or 4. I also like to go through their Country Store. I have bought some gifts there a few times. Mostly, I am really bad and buy the chocolate covered berries.(My husband, who grew up on the west coast, loves to visit here whenever he is town. Sometimes, I think he must have had someone«southern» back in his genetic history. He certainly seems to love the«southern» cooking.)
