I believe this park is now closed down for good. The owner Clyde McFadden posted on the site«Thank You for 10 Great Years!» and every time we drive by, virtually no one was there or parked. Originally this place was«Mountasia Family Fun Center», but then in the early 2000s it went bankrupt and reopened as «Funwerks». Then around early 2004 the park was owned by a Christian family and named«Blessed Fun at Funtasia». Honestly, I’m not surprised. The place was owned by Christians who seemed to not know what they were doing. They didn’t really know how to take care of the arcade games. The concessions at the counter were overpriced, and the pizza looked old. :P Worst of all, the games remained unmaintained and some even ate my tokens. The family were always kind and gave me refunds though. I’m seriously hoping this park gets new management and remodeling taken care of. There isn’t really anywhere else in the Spartanburg area where you can ride go-karts and bumper boats; or even arcades. :P
