I go here strictly for hair color as they use Paul Mitchell products which are cruelty free. The color also comes out great. As for the cuts, Eh! May go elsewhere for a cut. My biggest complaint is the music! Horrible and loud! I realize being a franchise they need to play only IHeart Radio but the volume could at least be turned down. Overall, for color the price and Paul Mitchell product is good.

I went in on a busy Sunday afternoon shortly after lunch Had a bit of a wait but nothing terrible. was greeted by a nice young lady who was quiet but cut my hair quickly and seem to do a good job. After getting home and showering, though, I noticed that one side seemed a bit uneven and wasn’t blended well. after work on Monday(today) I gave them a buzz and let them know I had a little concern and got there on my way home about 10 minutes earlier than I had originally told them. another nice young lady greeted me promptly and took me right away. I showed her what my concern was and she immediately took care of it and it looks great. I asked if I owed anything and she said no which I expected but I offered to at least give her a little something for her trouble which she also declined simply stating we will see you next time. They did a great job taking care of me right away my hair looks great. Working in a service business I understand that things can happen and it’s all about how well they are taken care of. Supercuts did a great job taking care of me and I will definitely continue to go back there.

Yes — at this place you get what you pay for — as someone complained, but if you want something specific I wouldn’t expect to pay $ 8.00 for it or get mad when I only paid $ 8 for it. For a quick and easy cut — they certainly get the job done. The place is new, clean, and the staff is friendly. I will continue to return.

This place is horrible. Their ‘stylists’ have zero clue how to cut hair. This is the second time I’ve brought my daughter(gave them the benefit of the doubt — my bad) who has pin straight, thin hair. BOTH times she asked for the back to be cut into a ‘scoop’…the ‘stylist’ BOTH times said«a U shape??» and she said yes. BOTH times she walked out with the back cut straight across with absolutely NO ‘scoop’ to it. I wanted to go back in, complain and have them cut it right(if they had the ability) but my daughter was uncomfortable with me doing that. Is this cut seriously THAT hard to do? I guess I’m back to paying $ 35 for a 8 minute haircut because these ‘stylists’ have no clue how to cut hair. You get what you pay for — and at Supercuts in Sparta — that isn’t saying much. Stay away. Far, far away.
