Thank You for all your help. I definately would not have gone on this trip without Janice’s help. I love to travel, hate to make arrangements. I contacted the cruise line who said ‘sorry no balconies’. As clostrophobic as I am the trip was cancelled. Janice not only got me a balcony, with an upgrade for the same price, but arranged airfair, insurance and a extrodinary hotel! Prior to the trip I received a very professional notebook with all the travel information. If I had questions they were answered within two hours (usually less). Janice is beyond professional. Communication was exceptional! Thanks again. I can’t wait to travel again.
