I am having huge problems with purchases made via online and couldn’t speak to anyone that could help. In a last ditch effort for resolution, I called the outlet and spoke to a woman named Nicole, the assistant manager there.
Thank goodness for Nicole! Not only did she never sound frustrated or annoyed with my long story or the fact that my problems had nothing to do with her or the outlet, she spent time to try and find answers for me and provided helpful suggestions.
Nicole was awesome! Because of her, I will be shopping at the outlet as soon as they have the items I need and perhaps, just go in to browse because that’s the type of person I’d like to do business with.
I can’t say anything good about Sears or
. All I can advise is to avoid them at all costs. The outlet is NOT affiliated.

Met a gentleman named Jerry at the service center. He is the nicest man at Sears it seems. Value to this company and very attentive to my satisfaction. We purchased a fridge that needed to be picked up there. This man is amazingly friendly and we are impressed with him.

Great selection of items that were bought from the main Sears stores. They Sears Outlet buys good from Sears and sales them for aids counted rate. Anywhere from 10% to sometimes even 50%. You never know until you look around. There are definitely some great deals here if you not to particular about not getting new appliances. These appliances usually have minor cosmetic to light damages. These are the reasons why they are sent here. If you don’t care about that this place has some great deals.

Got a great deal on a WD set. They have a massive selection for any price range and the staff is quite friendly. There are discounts to be had so feel free to haggle a bit.
