I’m very happy with my new roof. It looks beautiful. I enjoyed doing business with this company. They were professional, worked hard, cleaned up very, very well after the job, and now I have a roof that should last at least 30 years with no problems.

Called other roofers who either didn’t return calls or don’t do repairs. Scott Roofing was prompt in calling back, sent someone out and provided an estimate the next day. Extremely professional and ethical, sent letter with insurance certificate along with estimate. Got the job done within 3 days. Well run businesses owned by good people stand out here in Reno, so I HIGHLY recommend them. Will use them when my roof needs replacing as well.

We had a roof repair done by Scott Roofing and it didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped.
Once Gavin, owner of Scott Roofing, found out there was a problem he personally came out to inspect the roof. He identified the problem area and made arrangements to fix it to the best of his capabilities. He sent another crew out within days, working this unexpected job into the busy schedule. The crew redid the work originally done and used their expert skills to repair the spot where the initial leak was being experienced. This crew was professional and courteous.
Gavin went out of his way to do the absolute best job he could. I was impressed with his professionalism and his business ethic. If I ever have roofing problems again, he would definitely be someone I’d consult with regarding repair or replacement of my roof.

We hired Scott Roofing to repair a few tiles on a home we recently purchased. When I initially called my options for services were explained clearly. Once the estimator came out, the needs of the job were described well. An estimate arrived via email (then later postal mail) shortly thereafter. The job was scheduled and completed quickly and professionally. The initial estimate said that we needed three tiles replaced when in reality we needed a total of seven (four more were discovered during the repair). The extra four were replaced at no additional charge.
What really stood out to me during this entire process was: 1) receiving a copy of the company’s insurance policy with the estimate, 2) the timeliness and completeness of getting the job done, 3) the professionalism of everyone I dealt with, 4) not receiving a feeling like this was too small of a job, and 5) getting a thank you card after the job was completed.
Scott Roofing did a great job putting customer service at the top of their list. I would call them for another job with confidence.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They’ll call and try to change it because they have «more important things to deal with.» Completely unprofessional.
