ALL DAY BREAKFAST MISREPRESENTATION — Pulled up to drive thru at 1:30 p.m. Ordered sausage biscuit, eggs, hash browns, hot cakes and coffee. Attendant said they don’t serve biscuits this time of day, only muffins. I then asked for just eggs and hash browns. They don’t serve these items either at this time of day. I then inquired about their ALL DAY BREAKFAST ad on TV showing all the above items in their ad? Attendant said she had «no room» (whatever that means) — only for hotcakes and sausage. I’m «assuming» she meant «no room» on her grill. Really?
So the ALL DAY BREAKFAST ad is misrepresenting! I drove away disappointed
— why should I order items I don’t want!

Good people service, bad food! The fries are always under cooked or over cooked. The overall quality of the food is terrible example: cold burgers, fries not full, sloppy presentation, never a correct standard with sauce vs lettuce ratio. Last, they mess up orders, forget to put Happy Meal toys inside the order and no Happy Meal Box’s. Why else would I go buy a bad tasting cold burger with under cooked fires and watered down Powerade? Because my child wants a Happy Meal and you have the nerve to forget the damn toy? Save yourself the trouble of being erked at lunch time and go to Del Taco across the way from them or to another McDonald’s.

This idiots fucked up our entire order. We order meals with no meat, another one with no egg and mine was with egg and they served with no egg. Worse service ever. Worse part is the retarded cashier’s attitude who doesn’t know what the f… She’s doing. Oh I almost forgot we order tea and this morons served it cold instead of hot at 8:15am

I normally enjoy McDonalds, sure it isn’t the best food on the planet, but I know what to expect, it’s a safe choice… normally.
This location however, I would only recommend to my local health inspector.
We ordered two double quarter pounder meals. The first burger was fine. The second burger however had patties that were barely cooked above rare, the outside of one of them was still pink. We brought this to the attention of the manager who tried to claim that was just how the patties looked now (uh, no, not when we have another burger that looks nothing like that sitting right next to it), but agreed to have the kitchen remake it. The second one came out barely above medium rare, which if we were talking about really high quality beef, would be undercooked for my preference, but probably safe… let’s not kid ourselves though, McDonald’s isn’t the type of place to be using that high of quality of beef. We talked to the manager again who just sarcastically said, «fine, I’ll tell them to make it extra well done, just short of burnt for you.» Apparently extra well done, almost burnt, means between medium well and well, which frankly is about perfect for the type of beef they have in fast food restaurants.
I’ll still go to other McDonald’s in the area, but never this location again.

Appetizer — none today.
Main Course — I order a large nonfat caramel latte and a sausage egg McMuffin. The coffee had to be the worst coffee ever. I do not know how it smelt so good and tasted so nasty. The breakfast sandwich was skewed to one side which makes it a little sloppier.
Dessert — Not for breakfast
Service — It was good but clearly something went wrong with the coffee.
Future — What?

the service here was better than I’ve seen at any mcdonald’s. I had a chance to speak w/​the owners of the store also, and they were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met — super friendly and definitely cared about their customers! Their dedication to customer service definitely showed in every single employee.
