Jack In the Box

2 out 3 times here the order was short and I had to turn around and go back. Not going there again.

Food is usually cold. Always check your order at the drive through, they often forget things. If you have no other choice, I suggest getting some Top Ramen from SaveMart across the parking lot.

Beware! My husband and I were here the other night in the drive thru and the girl dropped the ice scooper on the floor and rinsed it and put it back in the ice! Really how gross and a good way to get someone sick. We went in and got our money back and cancelled our order. We will not return to this location. She should of gotten a new clean ice scooper so all the people who ate there that night has dirty ice. I honestly think I will never eat jack in box again after seeing this. It was horrifying.

Rotten eggs in breakfast sandwiches! 2 out of 2 sandwiches ordered were bad! how can you serve this garbage to people. I know the food is not good from the beginning, my mistake, last resort for a late night meal. Never again. Go home instead!

Jack in the crack is awesome.

This used to be the only Jack in the Box close to where I lived, so my fiancé and I would often stop here on the way to California or after UNR basketball games. In the past few years I’ve been going, I’ve noticed their service going down. Their food is still as delicious, but it pays to go out to Spanish Springs now instead of dealing with their service. One time, they didn’t even give my fiancé a chance to finish our order before telling him to move to the next window. We waited and waited and even said we had more food to add. After 5 minutes, we finally pulled up where we placed our order. They seemed like we were inconveniencing them by wanting to spend more money at their establishment.

I like Jack in the Box, but try to avoid this location whenever possible. Last time we went through the drive-​through, they only took half my order before telling me they’d have my total at the window. After trying to raise their attention for a minute or so, I decided to just pull up and finish ordering at the window. Was finally able to complete my order and then told to go park out front and wait. Wish I could say this was the first time I’ve had problems here, but it’s not. If you’re headed out towards Spanish Springs, wait the extra five minutes and go to the Los Altos location.

The new BLT burger is actually really good. Love their curly fries too. They recently remodled this location. I’m noticing a theme with all these new/​remodled fast food restaurants, very modern. Service is decent, place is clean. Been here many times before and I’m sure I’ll be here many times more!

Stopped in to this location yesterday for a quick lunch before my hair appt in the same shopping center. I used to eat here quite often years and years ago, but I haven’t eaten at this location in about 5 years. Food was standard JIB. I liked it and the fries were hot, but the service was scattered here. It didn’t seem like one hand knew what the other was doing. Plus, it’s ghetto! When I walked in, there was a homeless man confronting the staff, and an off-​duty cop was stepping in to diffuse the situation. 0₀! I got the feeling that it’s a twice-​a-​week occurance with this same homeless guy there. The staff seemed to know him. I didn’t feel quite safe eating there. Maybe I’m just sheltered?
