Very kind, very punctual, very professional people who run a wonderful and wonderfully priced apartment complex in a nice location of town. I was a terrible tenant, and they were always kind and patient even in spite of this.
The current complex I’m at (which I won’t name until a later review) is the polar opposite. The apartments are appealing visually, but the staff is passive aggressive, mean, and uses punitive measures as a manner of coercing tenants into compliance. Some apartments might have hardwood floors and granite countertops, but they’ll never hope to be Green Leaf at the Marina.
I miss it already.

I’ve lived here for over two years now and I love it! They are pet friendly, which is a big deal for me and the office staff is fantastic. They make it feel like home and they actually know me. I’m not a number here, makes me feel good. The proximity to the Marina is a huge plus, I love to walk it, go fishing and take my baby to the dog park. I can walk everywhere from my apartment. It’s the perfect size for me, but it could definitely use some more closet space.
