In a pinch, having to store some very heavy stuff in a hurry — Emigrant Storage was typical. The location was ok, the facilities were standard, the security seemed adequate.
BUT the personnel was great.
I only had a brief encounter with this staff, but when I needed their forklift service, Danny was a pleasant help. I was stressed trying to figure out how to get a huge toolbox into a step van and Danny was very helpful. It didn’t require much, and he didn’t make a big deal out of it. I was done loading my stuff in probably 15 minutes.
Bravo!
And yes, the office staff was pleasant as well, even a bit accommodating even though I was vacating my unit.
Finally the price was real good.
